|By Phone||During Library hours, call (630) 834-1164 for the Adult Services Information Desk and give us your question. Or call (630) 834-1176 for questions for those served by the Youth Services Information Desk.|

|IM Reference (chat)||Use the Library’s Instant Messaging reference service to ask us a question using your AIM, Google Talk, MSN, or Yahoo! IM account. You can also chat with us directly using the “Library IM” window on this page.

|24-Hour Library Chat||“Virtual” reference service providing live chat opportunities (in real time, not delayed) is available 24 hours/day via AskAway Illinois. You will be connected to an interactive online chat session with a librarian. This service is staffed 24 hours/day by hundreds of librarians in Illinois, including select staff at our Library at some times. Since you will not always get a librarian from Villa Park Public Library, the person you get may not have answers to questions about the Villa Park Library or community.|
